Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix flour, cinnamon and salt in bowl
- 2. In 8-quart bowl, beat butter on medium speed till smooth and creamy, about 1 minute. Gradually beat in sugars and continue beating to combine, about 2 minutes. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each
- 3. Beat in vanilla. Stir in flour mixture until just combined. Add chocolate chips, oats, coconut and pecans.
- 4. For each cookie, drop 1/4 cup of dough onto un-greased cookie sheet, spacing 3 inches apart. Bake 17 to 20 minutes, until edges are lightly browned. Remove to rack to cool. Makes 3 dozen ex-large cookies.

- Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside. In a second bowl, beat the butter on medium speed until smooth. Add the sugar and brown sugar and beat for another 2 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla. Stir in the flour mixture, blending until just combined. Add the chips, oats, coconut, and pecans and stir until fully incorporated. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto an un-greased baking sheet, making sure to allow plenty of room between cookies. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set and golden brown. Allow the cookies to cool on the pan for 1-2 minutes before placing on a cooling rack. Enjoy!

Bake for 17 to 19 minutes, until edges are lightly browned; rotate sheets halfway through. Remove cookies from rack to cool. Makes about 3 dozen cookies. NOTE: For 6 dozen (72) smaller cookies, use 2 tablespoons dough for each. Bake at 350 F for 15 to 18 minutes.
