1 (26 oz) jar Hy-Vee garden combo pasta sauce, divided
1 (1 lb 9 oz) pkg Grand Selections cheese ravioli, divided
1 cup Hy-Vee low-fat ricotta cheese, divided
1 (10 oz) box Hy-Vee frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and divided
2 cups Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 12-by-8-inch (2 quart) glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Spread about 1/2 cup pasta sauce in bottom of prepared baking dish. Top with half of uncooked ravioli, 1/2 cup ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup spinach. Spread 1 cup spaghetti sauce over top. Repeat layers (ravioli, ricotta, mozzarella and spinach). Spread remaining pasta sauce over top. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes or until top is light golden brown. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.

1 lb bulk Italian pork sausage
1 cup tomato pasta sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. In 10-inch skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink; drain. Stir in pasta sauce. Spoon into 8-inch square glass baking dish.
  • In small bowl, stir ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese and 1 egg until mixed. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto sausage mixture.
  • In small bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk and 1 egg with fork until blended. Pour over cheese and sausage mixtures.
  • Spray sheet of foil large enough to cover baking dish with cooking spray. Place sprayed side down on dish; seal tightly. Bake 23 to 28 minutes or until light golden brown. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered 5 to 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
