My great-grandmother made this her whole life. This version is sweeter than most. Its a classic southern dish!

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream-style corn
3 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
salt
1 cup cream

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients and bake in a greased 9x13 baking dish at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until center is set.

Kentucky Corn Pudding (So easy)
Mix the following:
2 eggs, beaten
2 T. flour
2 T.sugar
1 tsp salt
6 T butter, melted
Stir the above mixture into a buttered casserole with the folowing:
2 cups corn, drained (fresh, canned, or frozen) I usually use frozen.
1 3/4 cup milk

Steps:

  • Bake 350 45 minutes (IMP. if using fozen corn, I find that I need to bake it 1 to 1 1/2 hours). Stir ONCE during baking.
