PINEAPPLE NUT CAKE image

Number Of Ingredients 12

Cake:
2 C sugar
2 C flour
2 eggs
1 C chopped nuts
1 tsp baking soda
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple in with juice
Frosting
1 stick butter
8 oz cream cheese
2 C 10X sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Steps:

  • Mix cake ingredients with spoon. bake in 9 by 13 ungreassed pan for 45 min at 325. Mix froting ingredients and spread on cooled cake and chill.
