3 whole Bell pepper Finely Chopped
3 whole Onions Finely Chopped
3 whole Jalapeno Pepper Finely Chopped
1 clove Garlic Minced Well
3 cans Tomato Sauce 28 oz
6 cups Ketchup
2 cups Water
1 small Bottle of Merlot
2.5 cups Worcestershire sauce
2.5 cups Cider Vinegar
1.5 cup Lemon or Lime Juice Ok to use both
1 cup Molasses Unsulfured
3/4 cup Hot pepper sauce Prefer Franks
3/4 cup Mustard Spicy Brown
2 tablespoons Black Pepper Coursely Ground Best
2.5 tablespoons Chili Powder
2 tablespoons Top Shelf Bourbon before and after cooking
3 tablespoons Liquid Smoke Wrights Hickory

Steps:

  • This can be jar/canned and it will last months on your shelf. Heat in pot and bring to a boil, then allow to cool. Add half of bourbon before cooking and half afterwards...Stir well. Do not burn.

2 cups water
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt (optional)
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon clove

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients; bring to full boil.
  • Simmer 20 minutes.
  • Serving size= 1/4 cup, free food.
