BEEF AND CABBAGE SLOP
This is a variation on the Silverhydra meat slop. It's intended as a large batch of muscle fuel for those who work out a lot, especially weightlifters. You can double the quantities if you have a very large pot. The red cabbage can be substituted with white, you can add or substitute the other vegetables as you like and adjust the spiciness to your own taste.

GROUND BEEF SLOP
My then 5 year old son was complaining about a casserole I made one night...he didn't like everything mixed together. So I decided to start mixing everything together the next night. Surprising enough...it was really good!!!! My son even ate it with NO complaints and it has become a family favorite ever since.

SLOP
So yummy, so easy, and so cheap. The story is that my father-in-law made this up. It's the most asked for dinner by my kids. We usually serve with mac and cheese. Makes enough to serve our family of 6 w/large portions and to have left overs for tomorrow (which are always eaten).

PIG SLOP
Ok, I know the title sounds kind of gross, but it's actually not bad. My friend from beauty school was eating it one day for lunch, and she gave me a taste. To me it kind of resembles sloppy joe meat, with other stuff in it. Kids would love this messy meat!

SLOP
We were brought up calling it slop growing up and it kinda looks like slop, but we all love to eat it and it's even better leftover. Call it whatever you want . . . no one asked you if you liked the title. Season to taste means exactly that . . . if someone who is eating this is on a salt-restricted diet, than make something a bit more healthy than a dish named Slop.
