JAMAICAN RUM PUNCH
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour the rum, fruit juices, and grenadine.
- Shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds.
- Strain into a hurricane glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherries. Serve and enjoy.

- In a punch bowl, mix together fruit punch, pineapple juice and ginger ale. Add scoops of sherbet into the punch. Wait for the sherbet to begin melting, approximately 10 minutes, stir gently, and serve.

This is a very economical recipe as it is mainly made from fruit peel which is usually thrown away. I thought it interesting as I hate wasting anything. Found in an old English Beverages Book, this can be served hot or cold.
