BACON JALAPEñO TURKEY ROLL-UPS
These crowd-pleasing cheesy roll-ups are loaded with flavor and can be made ahead for easy entertaining.

Steps:
- In medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cumin, coriander and red pepper. Divide mixture among tortillas, spreading to edges of tortillas. Top with bacon and jalapeños. Top with deli turkey. Place 2 cheese sticks at one edge of each tortilla, end to end. Roll up very tightly. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 2 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
- To serve, cut each roll into 6 (1/2-inch) slices.

JALAPENO ROLL UPS
This recipe came from a co-worker years ago, she brought these in for a birthday. They are absolutely addictive. I am requested to make this all the time and have given it out too many times to count. Enlist some helpers with the spreading and rolling. *Note: I have found that fresh jalapenos can be tricky finding out if they have the right amount of heat. I buy 4-6 peppers, process 3 of them & add them to the cream cheese mixture. If I have the desired heat I stop, if not I add 1 more pepper at a time. I've never had to use more than 6. - In a medium sized bowl soften cream cheese to room temperature.
- Add to the cream cheese, the jalapenos, deli meat and onion mixing thoroughly.
- Spread mixture onto tortillas, then roll them up and then slice.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2. Mix all ingredients together except crescent dough.
- 3. Separate each can of dough into 8 triangles; cut each triangle lengthwise in half. Spread each dough triangle with a generous teaspoon of cream cheese mixture; roll up from ending with points. Place, point side down on baking sheet.
- 4. Bake 12-15 min or until golden brown. Serve warm with salsa.

- Mix by hand, all ingredients except the shells.
- Spread out evenly on as many tortillas as it takes.
- Roll up like jelly rolls or cinnamon rolls.
- Place rolls in large plastic container, side by side, making sure paper towels are in the bottom & on top of rolls.to collect moisture. Secure lid on & place in fridge overnight so flavors can develope.
- When ready to serve, take out & slice rolls in 1" thick slices, eating the end pieces as you go, since they usually aren't full of filling & not presentable for serving. Arrange on platter,standing up, but leaning on each other at a 45° angle..Enjoy!!
JALAPENO ROLL-UPS
Steps:
- Mix softened cream cheese and ranch dressing together. Spread onto a tortilla shell. Chop up jalapenos, pimentos and olives. Put on paper towel so that they get patted dry. Sprinkle each on the cream cheese.
- Microwave for 10 seconds (it makes rolling them up easier).
- Roll shells up, cover and put into refrigerator to let set (about 1 hour or overnight). Take out of refrigerator and slice when ready to serve.
