3 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans whole Italian-style tomatoes, with their liquid
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1 1/2 cups uncooked mini bow tie pasta
15 -20 frozen meatballs
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 cup chopped onion

Steps:

  • Place a Dutch oven over medium heat.
  • Place the chicken broth, tomatoes, and Italian seasoning in the pot and bring the mixture to a boil.
  • Add the pasta, meatballs, vegetables, and onion; decrease the heat to med-low and let simmer, uncovered, until the pasta is tender and the meatballs are heated through, about 15 minutes.
  • Serve hot.

1 pound bulk Italian sausage
1 cup chopped onion
2 cups chopped celery
1 medium green pepper, chopped
2 to 4 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 cups diced tomatoes, undrained
4 cups diced zucchini
Grated Parmesan cheese, optional

Steps:

  • In a Dutch oven, brown sausage with onion; drain excess fat. Add the next eight ingredients; cover and simmer 1 hour. Stir in zucchini and simmer 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese if desired.

2 cups garden-style spaghetti sauce
1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Steps:

1 garlic clove, minced
8 ounces tomato sauce
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can low-sodium stewed tomatoes

salt and pepper, to taste
8 ounces pasta, cooked and drained
10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained

1 teaspoon oil
1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
3 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
2 cups water
1 (1 lb) package frozen broccoli carrots cauliflower mix
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 cup bow tie pasta, uncooked
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium high heat.
  • Add celery and cook stirring 2-3 minutes
  • Add broth and water and bring to a boil.

1-1/2 pounds hot or sweet Italian sausage links
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
1 garlic clove, minced
1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
6 cups water
2 to 2-1/2 cups uncooked bow tie pasta
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried thyme

Steps:

  • Remove casings from sausage; cut into 1-in. pieces. In a Dutch oven, brown sausage over medium heat. Remove sausage with a slotted spoon; drain, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings. Saute onion and green pepper in drippings until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer., Return sausage to the pan; stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
