- In a large bowl whisk together mustard and vinegar. Whisk in the olive oil. Stir in the basil and season with salt and pepper. Stir in chopped chicken, tomatoes, bacon and arugula and mix to combine. Assemble chicken salad on thick slices of Tuscan or Italian bread.

- In small bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and sun-dried tomatoes until well blended. Gently stir in bacon.
- Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over tortillas. Top each evenly with plum tomatoes and lettuce; roll up tightly. Wrap each tortilla roll in plastic wrap; refrigerate 1 hour.
- To serve, with serrated knife, cut each roll into about 1-inch-thick slices.

- Cut bread diagonally into 8 slices. Arrange slices on baking sheet. Brush slices evenly with italian dressing and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 375 for 6 minutes or until lightly toasted.
- Stir together mayonnaise and mustard in small bowl. Spread mixture on untoasted sides of each piece of bread.
- On four slices layer with salami, mortadella, provolone, lettuce, tomato and bacon. Then top with remaining 4 bread slices mayonnaise side down. Secure with toothpicks if desired.

Steps:
- Saute the onions and mushrooms. Set to the side.
- Cook bacon to preference. Set to the side.
- Set oven to low/medium broil. Take out a baking sheet and line with tin foil.
- Take the loaf of bread and slice longways like a hot dog bun, leaving the two sides connected. Place the loaf of bread on the baking sheet, cut sides up.
- Spread Italian dressing over the bread, saturation is up to you. Place into the oven until bread begins to brown.
- Put a layer of provolone on each side of the bread. Put the bread back into the oven until the cheese begins to bubble/brown. Remove from oven.
- Layer ham, salami, and bacon on one side and cover with pepper jack cheese. Place back into the oven until the pepper jack begins to bubble/brown.
- Set bread to the side and allow to cool a little while you slice the tomatoes and lettuce.
- Spread the onion/mushrooms on top of the meat side of the bread. Then layer on the lettuce and tomatoes. Spread mustard/mayo on the other side, then close the sandwich.
- Slice, serve, enjoy.
