ITALIAN BURRITOS
This is so good. Cheesy and yummy. I love fusion food.

Steps:
- 1. Place oil in large pot. Saute the onion and garlic until onion is translucent. Add the beef and sausage and cook until meat is browned. Add 1 jar of spaghetti sauce, tomato paste, beef bouillon, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- 2. Cook until warmed through and thick. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Warm the tortilla wraps. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Add the beef mixture to middle of each tortilla wrap. Top with fresh mozzarella cheese and roll up and place in pan. Repeat until all is used up
- 3. Pour the other bottle of spaghetti sauce evenly over each and top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
SPICY BEEF BURRITOS
These beef burritos contain various peppers and seasonings on top of refried beans. Top them off with lettuce, sour cream, cheese, and wrap up in a soft shell.

- Mix jalapeno peppers, tomato, green chile peppers, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, onion, hot sauce, and cayenne pepper together in a large bowl.
- Cook beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring to break up clumps, about 5 minutes. Drain excess grease. Add jalapeno pepper mixture and burrito seasoning; cook, covered, stirring occasionally, until flavors combine, about 10 minutes.
- Pour refried beans into a saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook and stir until heated through, about 5 minutes.
- Warm each tortilla in the microwave until soft, 15 to 20 seconds. Spread a layer of refried beans on top. Divide beef mixture among tortillas. Top with lettuce, sour cream, and Cheddar cheese. Fold in opposing edges of each tortilla and roll up into a burrito.

ITALIAN BEEF BURRITOS
Just a little twist on the burrito. This one has a zesty Italian filling. I adapted this recipe from one found in our local paper.

- 1. Brown beef in a large skillet. Stir in onions and bell pepper and cook for 5-7 minutes more until veggies are tender. Drain grease. Reserve about 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce for garnish. Stir in kidney beans, remaining spaghetti sauce, oregano, pepper flakes, and salt and pepper to taste. Heat through.
- 2. To serve: Warm tortillas. In center of each tortilla place 1/3 cup cheese and 1 cup of meat filling. Roll up and place on plate seam side down. If desired garnish with a tablespoon of sour cream and a little spaghetti sauce on each burrito.
