1 pd asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces
4 medium green onions, sliced
1 1/2 cups (6 oz) shredded swiss cheese
1 can (6 oz) salmon, drained and flaked
1/2 cup Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400F. Spray 9-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray. Spread asparagus, onions, 3/4 cup of cheese and salmon in pie plate. Whisk together remaining ingredients (except cheese). Pour into pie plate. Bake 30-35 min or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake 2 min to melt cheese. Cool 5 min before serving.
