This is a great recipe to use after your holiday at Christmas, Easter or Thanksgiving!

Number Of Ingredients 11

2 c cut up cooked turkey
1 c chopped celery
1/2 c finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dried sage leaves or 3/4 teas. ground sage
3/4 tsp dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp pepper
1 1/4 c milk
3 large eggs
1 c bisquick baking mix

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 400^. Grease 10-inch pie plate. Mix turkey, celery, onion and seasonings in the pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender on high for 1 minute or 1 minute with a hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. --- Note: If I have any dressing left on Thanksgiving I will mix 1 1/2 cup of it with the turkey and omit the above celery and onion and seasonings. This is usually better prepared this way.

2 cups turkey, cut
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups milk
1 cup Bisquick
3/4 teaspoon s Sage
1/2 teaspoon poultry spice
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 eggs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease pie plate (or casserole dish).
  • Mix, place, and bake all ingredients in pie plate/casserole dish for 25-30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
  • Let stand for 5 minutes, and then serve.

1 c chopped celery
1 1/4 c milk
1 pinch salt and pepper
1/2 c chopped onion
3/4 tsp sage, dried
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 400* grease 10 X 1 1/2 inches pie Plate
  • 2. Mix Turkey, Celery, Onion, and seasonings in plate
  • 3. Beat remaing Ingredients 15 seconds in blender,on high for 1 minute
  • 4. Pore in to Pie Plate.
  • 5. Put in to Oven 20 to 30 Minutes ,Bake Until knife is clean

I got this recipe years ago from a lady that lived across the street from me in California. It's a great easy left over Turkey dish that is pure comfort food. After the holidays it's nice to throw this together fast with a green salad and than sit back and relax.

2 c cut up cooked turkey
1 jar(s) (4 1/2 0unces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c sliced green onions (with tops)
1/2 tsp salt
1 c shredded swiss cheese
3/4 c bisquick baking mix
1 1/2 c milk
3 eggs

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 400* Spray 10 inch pie plate with non stick cooking spray.
  • 2. Sprinkle turkey, mushrooms, onions, salt and cheese in pie plate.
  • 3. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender on high speed until smooth. Pour into pie plate.
  • 4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
