Number Of Ingredients 12

You'll Need (for the cake):
1 can of condensed milk.
1 can of evaporated milk.
1 cup of coconut milk.
500gs of flour (2 ½ cups).
½ cup of sugar.
3 large whole eggs.
3 tbsps of margarine.
You'll Need (for the icing):
1 cup of coconut milk.
2 tbsps of sugar.
1 cup of shredded coconut

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350° and grease and flour a bundt pan. In a blender, add all the ingredients for the cake and mix until well combined. Pour the batter in the pan and bake for 30 to 60 minutes depending on your oven. Check the cake for doneness with a toothpick, if it comes out clean remove the cake. To make the icing, mix together the coconut milk, sugar and grated coconut in a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring. Pour the icing over the hot cake. Enjoy!

4 eggs
2 cups sugar
3 cups carrots, grated
2 cups self rising flour
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup pecans, chopped
confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup pecans, chopped (optional)
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350F and grease and flour baking pan.
  • Blend sugar and oil.
  • Add eggs,one at a time.
  • Add flour,carrots,cinnamon and nuts.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • Cream butter and cheese.
  • Add sugar,one cup at a time.
  • Add nuts and vanilla.
  • Mix well.

1 (18 1/4 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 (1 ounce) package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix or 1 small regular instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups cold milk
1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping
1 cup finely chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Mix the cake according to the package directions. Bake cake in a 9 X 13 inch pan. While hot poke with skewer or chopstick and pour pineapple with the juice over the cake.
  • Mix the pudding, milk and cream cheese, beatnig until smooth. Spread over pineapple layer. Spread whipped topping over top. Sprinkle with the nuts.
  • Refrigerate.

1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ German chocolate cake mix
Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 jar (16 to 17 oz) caramel, butterscotch or fudge topping
1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 bag (8 oz) toffee chips or bits

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Make and bake cake as directed on box for 13x9-inch pan. Cool 15 minutes.
  • Poke top of warm cake every 1/2 inch with handle end of wooden spoon. Drizzle condensed milk evenly over top of cake; let stand until milk has been absorbed into cake. Drizzle with caramel topping. Run knife around sides of pan to loosen cake. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
  • Spread whipped topping over top of cake. Sprinkle with toffee bits. Store covered in refrigerator.

I created this cake with things I had on-hand one day,now EVERYONE requests it!So easy,tastes so great!

- 1 box white or yellow cake mix.
- vegetable oil.
- 3 large eggs
- water
- almond extract/1 1/2 tsps. and 4 oz. chopped pecan pieces
- 1 pk. toffee chips/with chocolate or plain/1/2 of bag
- frosting:
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 tsp.pure vanilla extract
- about 4 cups confectioner's sugar
- 2-3 ounces of pecans
- 1/2 of the package left of toffee chips

Steps:

  • Follow the directions on cake mix box using the 3 eggs etc..
  • Add the almond extract into above,stirring in well.
  • Mix 1/2 package in of toffee chips by hand,gently folding them in.
  • Mix in 4 ounces chopped pecans.
  • Bake according to package ingredients in a 9X10 cake pan,or 2 round 9 inch pans.
  • Cool completely before icing!
  • FROSTING:
  • Cream together butter and cream cheese together well. Add the vanilla extract. Slowly,add the confectioner's sugar till creamy,but not too loose..
  • Completely ice the cooled cake, .
  • In a small food processor,add remainder of bag of toffee chips,chop till crumbly,fine chopped. Add about 2-4 ounces pecans,process till chopped finely.
  • Mix toffee chips and chopped pecans well in a bowl. TOP THE ICING ALL OVER.
  • Garnish with whole pecan halves if desired!
  • SO UNIQUE AND FLavorfull,yet so easy to make.tastes like a bakery confection!
