HOT KIELBASA DIP
My husband and I are retired, and I like to look for simple, speedy ways to cook. This thick cheesy dip, with the unusual addition of sausage, goes together in a jiffy. Accompanied by crackers or fresh veggies, it's a hearty appetizer for a football party or family gathering. -Mary Bondegard, Brooksville, Florida

**HOT KIELBASA DIP**
My Dad found this recipe and gave it to me. It is inexpensive and DELICIOUS!! My husband and his friends love it so when we have get togethers this is usually requested. It is easily doubled or tripled and you can make a lighter version by using skim milk, and light sour cream and cream cheese but I haven't tried that.
