Made with three simple ingredients you might already have in your fridge, these Ham and Cheese Crescent Roll-Ups are a no-brainer weeknight dinner. Serve them with a side of veggies for a complete meal. You can also switch up this recipe for ham and cheese roll-ups with crescent rolls by substituting your favorite sliced cheese for the cheddar.

8 thin slices cooked ham (8 oz)
4 thin slices Cheddar cheese (4 oz), each cut into 4 strips

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Separate dough into 8 triangles. Place 1 piece of ham on each triangle; place 2 strips of cheese down center of ham. Fold in edges of ham to match shape of dough triangle.
  • Roll up each crescent, ending at tip of triangle. Place with tips down on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake 15 to 19 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm.

¾ cup melted butter
1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tablespoons poppy seeds
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
24 mini sandwich rolls
1 pound thinly sliced cooked deli ham
1 pound thinly sliced Swiss cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix together butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and dried onion. Separate the tops from bottoms of the rolls, and place the bottom pieces into the prepared baking dish. Layer about half the ham onto the rolls. 4 flour tortillas (10 inches)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided

3/4 cup milk
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon or whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 lb (about 6 slices) deli ham
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese (4 oz)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish.
  • In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix and milk with wooden spoon to form thick dough. Dump out onto floured surface, and use floured rolling pin to roll into large rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  • In small bowl, beat mayonnaise, mustard and honey with whisk to make sauce. Spread a few spoonfuls sauce on dough (enough to cover). Top with ham and cheese.
