Steps:

  • Pour ginger ale and juices into a 2 gallon drink dispenser or punch bowl.
  • Put cranberries, orange slices, lemon slices and lime slices on top.
  • Refrigerate until served.

4 cups unfiltered cranberry juice
4 cups apple cider
1 cup maple syrup
1 cup honey
1 teaspoon grated clove or nutmeg
12 star anise pods
Cinnamon sticks, for garnish

Steps:

  • Put the rum, cranberry juice, cider, maple syrup, honey, clove and star anise into a large saucepot over medium heat. Cook until a slow simmer is just reached and the honey/maple syrup is dissolved.
  • Ladle the punch into heatproof glasses or mugs and garnish with cinnamon sticks.

10 cups water
2 cups orange juice
1 cup sugar
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 cinnamon sticks (3 inches)

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, bring cranberries and water to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 5-7 minutes or until berries pop. Stir in the remaining ingredients; return to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes. , Strain through cheesecloth; discard pulp and cinnamon sticks. Serve warm.

1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon red food coloring, optional
2 cinnamon sticks (3-1/2 inches), broken
1 tablespoon whole cloves
1 tablespoon whole allspice

Steps:

  • In a 24-cup percolator, combine cranberry juice, water, pineapple juice, brown sugar and food coloring if desired. Place the cinnamon sticks, cloves and allspice in percolator basket; cover and begin perking. When cycle is complete, discard contents of basket. Serve the punch warm.

3-1/2 quarts water
12 whole cloves
4 cinnamon sticks (3 inches)

6 cups apple cider or juice
2 cans (12 ounces each) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 medium lemon, cut into wedges
4 cinnamon sticks (3 inches)
2 teaspoons whole cloves
1 teaspoon whole allspice
Cranberries, lemon peel strips and additional cinnamon sticks, optional

Steps:

  • In a 6-qt. slow cooker, combine cranberry juice, apple cider, lemonade concentrate and lemon. Place cinnamon sticks, cloves and allspice on a double thickness of cheesecloth. Gather corners of cloth to enclose seasonings; tie securely with string. Place in slow cooker. Cook, covered, on low 3-4 hours or until heated through. Discard spice bag and lemon. 1 cup water
1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
3 cinnamon sticks (4 inch sticks)
1 teaspoon allspice berry
3/4 teaspoon whole cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
4 cups fresh orange juice
2 oranges, halved and thinly sliced into half moons

Steps:

  • Combine all the ingredients except the orange juice and orange slices in a big saucepan; stir to blend.
  • Bring to a boil, add in the orange juice, and return to a boil.
  • Decrease the heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • **At this point, you can cool, strain, and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
