HOT CHOCOLATE FLOAT

Hot Chocolate Float image

From Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream & Dessert Book. Here's what they say about this recipe. Our hot chocolate is a true hot chocolate, not a hot cocoa. The extra cocoa fat in the hot fudge sauce makes for a richer smoother drink. We like to top it off with ice cream, fresh whipped cream, and shaved chocolate.
