FANCY EGG SALAD image

My mother in law use to make this version of egg salad and it really hits the spot. One of my favorites on a sandwich.

Categories     Other Appetizers

Number Of Ingredients 8

6 boiled eggs -cooled, peeled, and chopped
1/2 c celery - chopped fine
12 large green olives w/ pimento - chopped
3/4 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp mustard
1 tsp onion powder
miracle whip - enough to moisten
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS UNTIL WELL BLENDED. LET SET IN THE REFRIGERATOR AT LEAST AN HOUR TO LET FLAVORS MELD TOGETHER.
  • 2. SERVE ON BREAD FOR A SANDWICH, OR SERVE WITH CRACKERS AS AN APPETIZER.
