- In in a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and soup & dip mix.
- Stir in spinach, artichoke hearts, and Mozzarella cheese.
- Spread mixture in 2 quart baking dish; sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until lightly browned at edges.
- Serve warm with toasted bread rounds or crackers.

- In a nonstick skillet, heat canola oil over medium heat.
- Add jalapeño and red pepper; saute for 5 minutes or until tender.
- Combine sauteed peppers with remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Mix well and spoon into prepared slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or on high for 2 to 21/2 hours. Do not stir.
- Alternatively, cook on high for 1 1/2 to 2 hours and then reduce to low to keep warm until ready to serve.

- Preheat oven to 350.
- Reserve four artichoke hearts, chop remaining hearts.
- Combine chopped artichokes and all remaining ingredients in shallow baking dish, such as 8x8.
- Peel outer petals off reserved artichokes and sprinkle over top of dish.
- Arrange intact centers over top of dish as well.
- Sprinkle paprika over top for color.
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until hot and melted.
