- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, chilies, onion, garlic, jalapeno, cumin and chili powder until smooth. Stir in chicken and 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese. , Split each pita into two circles. Spread 1/4 cup of chicken mixture on each circle; place on ungreased baking sheets. , Bake at 400° for 5-10 minutes. Combine the cheddar cheese and remaining Monterey Jack; sprinkle over circles. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges and serve with salsa if desired.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Put half the nacho chips on an ovenproof platter and sprinkle with half of each cheese followed by a portion of the remaining ingredients. Top with the remaining chips and toppings ending with a layer of the remaining cheeses. Bake until the cheeses have melted. Serve with salsa and sour cream.

Steps:
- Pre-heat broiler.
- Arrange tortilla chips on a cookie sheet in a single layer.
- Place 1 jalapeno slice on each chip.
- Tear swiss cheese slices into small pieces and place one piece atop the pepper on each chip.
- Scatter cheedar and mozzarella cheeses over the dish, covering all the chips.
- Sprinkle salt over entire dish (skip for lower sodium version).
- Heat 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted and chips are slightly toasted.
- Serve with a side dish of buffalo wing sauce and another side dish of sour cream.
- Dip chip into the wing sauce for some heat -- cool it down with a dip into some sour cream!
