2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup chopped celery
1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts
½ cup slivered toasted almonds
1 (2 ounce) jar chopped pimento peppers
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
¾ cup grated Cheddar cheese
½ cup crumbled French fried onions

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine chicken, mayonnaise, celery, water chestnuts, almonds, pimento peppers, dried onion, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a 2-quart casserole dish. Top with Cheddar cheese and French fried onions.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes.

2 cans (10.5 oz each) condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
3 cups Progresso™ plain panko crispy bread crumbs
6 tablespoons butter, melted

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Place chicken evenly in bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish. Spoon and spread soup evenly over chicken; sprinkle with cheese.
  • In medium bowl, stir bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over cheese. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread crumbs are golden brown and thoroughly heated.

3 cups shell noodles (uncooked )
3 tablespoons butter
⅓ cup red bell pepper (diced)
1 onion (finely diced)
½ teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
10 ¾ ounces cream of chicken soup (condensed)
1 ⅓ cups milk
3 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded, divided)
⅓ cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
4 ounces mild green chiles
3 cups cooked chicken

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Cook shells al dente according to package directions.
  • Cook onion and red bell pepper in butter until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in salt and chili powder.
  • In a large bowl combine soup, onion mixture, milk and 2 cups cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese. Mix well. Stir in chicken, pasta and green chiles.
  • Spread into a 9x13 casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake 30-35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

1 teaspoon unsalted butter, or as needed
2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cubed
3 cups finely chopped broccoli
2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup sour cream
ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter the bottom and sides of a 9x13-inch dish.
  • Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add chicken and continue to boil until no longer pink, 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, combine broccoli, cream of chicken soup, Cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, sour cream, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.
  • Drain chicken and add to broccoli mixture. Mix well. Pour into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- one package frozen broccoli florets, 14 ounces
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peas
- one can condensed cream of chicken soup, 10.75 ounces
- one can condensed fiesta nacho cheese soup, 10.75 ounces
- one can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained, 10 ounces
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper, optional
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 2 ounces
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 ounces
- 1 cup crushed rich round crackers

Steps:

  • preheat oven to 350°. Place chicken in the bottom of a 3 quart shallow baking dish. In a large bowl mix broccoli, rice and peas. Spread mixture over chicken. In a medium bowl mix cream of chicken soup, nacho cheese soup, tomatoes and chilies, milk, and if desired, crushed red pepper. Stir in 1/4 cup of the cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Pour mixture over broccoli mixture in baking dish. Sprinkle with crushed crackers. Top with the remaining 1/4 cup cheddar cheese and the remaining 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until top is Golden. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
