Steps:
- In large microwavable bowl, mix cereals, peanuts and pretzels; set aside. In small microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on High about 20 seconds or until melted. Stir in Sriracha sauce and honey. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated.
- Microwave uncovered on High 5 to 6 minutes, thoroughly stirring every 2 minutes. Spread on waxed paper to cool, about 15 minutes. Place in serving bowl; stir in popcorn. Store in airtight container.

Recipe is from the back of a Rice Chex box. A nice twist on the old favorite. It could easily be made gluten free by omitting the pretzels or using gluten free pretzels.

Steps:
- Line a half sheet (11x15) cake pan with non stick foil (or 2 smaller pans).
- Add all dry ingredients (except popcorn) to pan.
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter.
- Add honey & sriracha sauce.
- Pour sauce over dry ingredients and stir to coat well.
- Bake in 225 oven for 45 min, stir every 15 min while baking.
- Let cool and store in airtght container.
- May add 3 c popped popcorn to mix when served.

- Preheat pellet grill to high smoke. In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients. In a large roasting pan or Dutch oven, melt butter then stir in Sriracha and honey. Gradually add cereal mixture until evenly coated. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread on parchment paper to cool. Store in airtight container.
