PEANUT BUTTER-HONEY DIP
Found in the 100 Best Appetizers Cookbook. This book was given to me by MaField during the 2008 Cookbook Swap. I love peanut butter and the flavors in this dip work well with apples, cantaloupe, and bananas.

HONEY PEANUT BUTTER DIP- MOM'S
This is a very simple recipe for a yummie dip. Use it with fresh fruit or spread on celery, bread sticks, or crackers. Mom sometimes made this for us as an after school snack when I was in grade school.

- In a food processor, blend peanuts. Scrape down the sides when necessary.
- When the peanuts have broken down and become crumbly, add in honey and salt while still blending.
- The mixture will turn into a ball and eventually even out.

- Pour into a jar, store in a refrigerator and use within one month.
