4 fresh plums, pitted and halved
2 fresh nectarines, pitted and halved
2 tablespoons honey

Steps:

  • Preheat an oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, then spray with cooking spray.
  • Place plums and nectarines, cut side up, on prepared baking pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until tender, 18 to 20 minutes. Drizzle fruit with honey and continue baking until golden brown, 2 to 3 more minutes.

  • Arrange oranges on 2 small dessert plates; drizzle evenly with 2 tsp. honey.

4 medium plums, halved and pitted
2 tablespoons honey
Vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup chopped cashews or peanuts, optional

Steps:

  • Line a 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan with foil; coat foil with cooking spray. Place fruit, cut side up, in pan. , Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 18-20 minutes or until tender. Drizzle with honey; bake 2-3 minutes longer or until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream and nuts if desired.
