THE LADY'S CHEESY MAC
Mac and cheese that cuts like a casserole? Yes, please! Cooked elbow pasta, cheddar, butter and a few more ingredients get baked to a golden crisp in a casserole dish. Extra cheese is optional but you're family will thank you for it!

CROCK POT MACARONI & CHEESE
I saw Paula Deen make this recipe on her Food Network program. I was looking for a really creamy macaroni and cheese recipe, and this is it! I changed it a bit by omitting the eggs (the original recipe calls for three) and boiling the macaroni for six minutes instead of seven, so it doesn't get mushy while cooking in the Crockpot. I also shortened the cooking time from three to two and a half hours. Perfection!

PAULA DEEN'S MAC AND CHEESE
There is another recipe on Recipezaar for Mac and Cheese from Paula Deen that is a bit different than this. This version has more cheese and I prefer it.
