2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 cups superfine sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
Pinch of coarse salt

Steps:

  • Melt the chocolate and butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Alternately add sugar and milk in two additions; whisk to combine. Add salt and continue whisking until sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes. Serve warm.

2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate (6 oz.), chopped
2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

Steps:

  • Microwave milk and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted.
  • Add chocolate and marshmallows; stir to evenly coat.
  • Microwave on HIGH 45 sec. Whisk until marshmallows are completely melted and sauce is well blended. Serve warm.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1-1/4 cups sugar
1 cup baking cocoa
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into eight pieces
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Steps:

  • In a heavy saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa and cinnamon. Add cream and milk; mix well. Over medium heat, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for 2 minutes. , Remove from the heat; cool for 15 minutes. Add butter and stir until melted. Stir in vanilla. Cool to room temperature. Cover and store in the refrigerator. Stir before serving.
