This homemade hot fudge tastes delicious on our Ice Cream Sundae Trifle.

- Melt the chocolate and butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Alternately add sugar and milk in two additions; whisk to combine. Add salt and continue whisking until sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes. Serve warm.

- Microwave milk and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted.
- Add chocolate and marshmallows; stir to evenly coat.
- Microwave on HIGH 45 sec. Whisk until marshmallows are completely melted and sauce is well blended. Serve warm.

- In a heavy saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa and cinnamon. Add cream and milk; mix well. Over medium heat, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for 2 minutes. , Remove from the heat; cool for 15 minutes. Add butter and stir until melted. Stir in vanilla. Cool to room temperature. Cover and store in the refrigerator. Stir before serving.
