LIGHT OR DARK BROWN SUGAR

You'll never run out of brown sugar if you keep two simple ingredients on hand: white granulated sugar and molasses. The recipe ingredients are for light brown sugar. - Place the sugar and molasses into the bowl of a food processor and process until the molasses is completely incorporated into the sugar, approximately 1 minute. If necessary, stop and scrape down the sides of the bowl. Place in an airtight container and store for up to a month.
