- 1. pour out vodka saving it. Take blueberries and nick one side and place in bottle. Fill with voska to the neck, top off with raspberry liqueur and let sit in a cool dark place 2 weeks. Empty contents threough a seive and return to bottle. Top bottle off with reserved vodka. Makes great gift in a jar. attatch this note: Blueberry Martinis To make martinis: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2 parts blueberry vodka, 1 part raspberry liqueur, and a dash of lime juice. Shake vigorously and strain into glass. Garnish with twist of lime zest.
HOMEMADE FRESH BLUEBERRY VODKA
I make a lot of baskets for gifts and this vodka fits in quite well. Nice fresh blueberry taste.

Steps:
- 1. Wash blueberries and place 1/2 of them in a plastic bag and the other half in another plastic bag. Seal the bag and squish the blueberries with your hands a bit.
- 2. Pour 1/2 of the vodka in a quart jar. Pour in one bag of blueberries. Repeat in another quart jar. Seal jar.
- 3. Place in a cool dark place for two weeks. Shaking once in a while. Strain through an cloth strainer and discard blueberries. Pour into bottles.
