¾ cup almond flour
½ cup skim milk powder
¼ cup butter, melted
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup gluten-free chocolate chips
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Mix almond flour, milk powder, and melted butter together in an 8x8-inch baking dish. Press mixture into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
  • Sprinkle coconut and chocolate chips over the crust in the baking dish; pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until fragrant and coconut is lightly toasted, about 30 minutes.

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chocolate chips
1 (300 ml) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk

Steps:

  • Mix together maregarine graham wafer crumbs. Pat into 9x9-inch pan.
  • Sprinkle evenly with coconut, walnuts, and chocolate chips.
  • Pour Eagle Brand over top. Better to pour after each layer.
  • Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
  • Cool. Cut in squares.
