This is an great dinner for those nights you need something quick. Make ahead in the morning and put in the oven when you get home! Measurements are approx. because I usually just eyeball it!

1 lb hamburger
1/2 small onion, chopped
16 ounces tater tots
1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup
1/4-1/2 cup milk
1 cup frozen corn
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef. When almost done, add the onion and continue to saute until the onions are clear. Drain and set aside. I also season the beef with a little Ms. Dash or something without salt, since the soup will add enough salt taste.
  • In a casserole dish, (I usually use a pyrex that is 11x7) spray the bottom with no stick spray, then cover the bottom with the tater tots. You can see how it's hard to measure, but you can adjust accordingly for your dish.
  • Pour ground beef and onion over tater tots.
  • On top of beef, sprinkle frozen corn. (as much or as little as you like).
  • Put cream of celery soup in a cup and ad enough milk to make it creamy. Pour this mixture over the corn.
  • On the very top, cover with mozerella cheese.
  • Bake at 350 for about 30 min, or until bubbly. It may take longer if it has been refrigerated.

1 -2 lb hamburger
1 onion
Velveeta cheese
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups milk
1 (16 ounce) bag tater tots

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Brown hamburger and onion in a pan and put in a large casserole dish.
  • Add slices of cheese on top of all the hamburger.
  • Add 1 1/2 cup milk to can of mushroom soup and pour over the top of cheese and hamburger.
  • Cover top with tater tots.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until done.

1 lb ground beef
1 (14 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 (14 ounce) can rotel
1 (32 ounce) bag of of frozen frozen tater tots
2 lbs Velveeta cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Brown beef in skillet, drain.
  • Mix can of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup of milk, can of rotel and velvetta in microwave until smooth.
  • In a 9X13 casserole dish layer: tots, meat, soup mixture X2.
  • Bake covered for 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
  • Remove cover and top shredded cheddar cheese and return to oven for 15 more minutes.
  • Remove and let set 15 minutes before serving.

Great one dish dinner! Kids Loved It! I personally don't like Velveeta Cheese but I can enjoy this casserole with the rest of the family. It doesn't call for salt or pepper but I used both. Just season to taste.

1 - onion chopped
1 can(s) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s) whole kernel corn drained
1 small brick of velveeta cubed
1 bag(s) frozen tater tots

Steps:

  • Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef and onion together. Drain
  • Spread beef and onion in the bottom of casserole dish. In layers add soup, then corn, Velveeta cubes and top with frozen tater tots.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 45 mins or till tots are golden. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

1 small bag mixed frozen vegetables (I like to use California blend mixed vegetables)
1/2 can milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Tater tots

Steps:

  • Brown hamburger with onion and drain.
  • Partially cook frozen vegetables, add 1/2 can milk to cream of mushroom soup in separate bowl.
  • Put cooked hamburger and onion on bottom of casserole dish. Mix mushroom soup in vegetables and spread on top of hamburger. Arrange tater tots on top of vegetables.
  • Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
