HAM AND NOODLE BAKE

Steps:
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the ham, cheese, soup, milk, onion, 1 teaspoon butter, poppy seeds and seasonings. Drain noodles; add to ham mixture., Transfer to a 1-1/2-qt. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Combine bread crumbs and remaining butter; sprinkle over casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. Add horseradish and mustard; mix well. Stir in noodles, ham and cheese. , Pour into a greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake 20 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 10-15 minutes longer or until bubbly and heated through.

CREAMY HAM N SWISS NOODLE BAKE
Still using up ham from Easter...this recipe is a delicious family favorite...I have at times used other veggies in the casserole as well...it's delicious with or without...make it your own...I think you will love it! Quick to put together is always a plus! Enjoy!

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Grease a 3 quart casserole dish. In a medium skillet brown onions and pepper in butter until soft. In a bowl, mix soups with sour cream, stir in pepper, onion mixture and ham.
- 2. Spread a small amount of soup mixture to bottom of casserole. Layer half of noodles, cheese, and soup mixture. Repeat again, ending with cheese. I sprinkle with pepper and paprika. Bake uncovered for 45 - 50 minutes, or until golden and bubbly. Serve with your favorite vegetable...

EASY HAM AND CHEESE NOODLE BAKE WITH PEAS

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly butter a 1 1/2- to 2-quart baking dish.
- Cook noodles according to the package directions and drain in collander; do not rinse noodles.
- While noodles cook, melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat, add onion and cook, stirring, until softened (about 5 minutes). Stir milk and cornstarch together in a large cup; whisk into saucepan with onion and cook, whisking, until boiling. Whisk in cream and continue to cook, whisking, until thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Stir noodles, peas, ham and salt into sauce mixture, season with pepper and scrape into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle pretzels and Cheddar on top and bake until bubbly and golden on top (about 20 minutes).

Cook and stir over medium heat until cheese is melted. Drain noodles. Add noodles and half of the onions to ham mixture., Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Sprinkle remaining onions over the top. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
