Coleslaw gets a delicious makeover when cabbage blend is tossed with shredded Swiss cheese, ham strips, dill pickles and mustard vinaigrette.

2/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 bag (16 oz.) coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
12 oz. baked or honey-baked ham, cut into thin strips
3 cups KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese
3 CLAUSSEN Kosher Dill Pickle Wholes, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped onion s
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Beat oil, vinegar, mustard, dill weed, thyme and pepper in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
  • Add coleslaw blend, ham, cheese, pickles, onions and parsley; toss to coat. Cover.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Store leftover coleslaw in refrigerator.

2 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp prepared mustard
4 slice rye bread, toasted
4 slice cooked ham
1 large tomato, sliced
4 slice cheese
1 c coleslaw

Steps:

  • 1. Microwave butter uncovered in custard cup on high 100% until softened, 15 to 30 seconds.
  • 2. Blend in mustard.
  • 3. Spread butter on one side of each toast slice.
  • 4. Place slices buttered sides up on serving plate; top with ham, tomato and cheese slices.
  • 5. Microwave uncovered until cheese begins to melt, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
  • 6. Top each sandwich with a spoonful of coleslaw.
