Quick and easy casserole that adults and kids will like. Great use of left over ham. It is creamy and hearty, sure to please.

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients except butter and corn flakes.
- Spoon into a greased casserole dish (8x8 or 10x7).
- Combine butter and corn flakes and put over top of dish.
- Bake uncovered at 375 for 40 minutes.

- Cook rice according to package directions and put on the bottom of greased 9x13 baking dish.
- On top of rice, layer broccoli, ham, mushrooms and cheese.

One of my oldest recipes! I can't count the times I've made this. Now my daughter makes it regularly for her family. For some reason, this really appeals to kids who stick up their noses at one dish meals. It's quick, easy and delicious.

Steps:
- Cook rice and onion in oil until rice is lightly browned, stirring frequently.
- Add ham, beans, broth and ½ cup water. Heat to boiling.
- Turn into a 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Stir just before serving.
