12 Maille® Cornichons
12 cherry tomatoes
4 slices country ham
1 small block of Swiss cheese, cut into cubes
4 wooden skewers

Steps:

  • Cut each slice of ham in 3, and roll each piece on itself to form a little square.
  • Slide a Maille® cornichon, then a cube of ham, then a cube of cheese, then a tomato on a skewer. Repeat 3 times to fill the skewer.
  • Repeat for each skewer.

1 tablespoon butter, softened
4 slices white bread
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
4 slices process American cheese
2 slices deli ham (1 ounce each)
1/2 medium tomato, thinly sliced
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons 2% milk
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup crushed ridged potato chips

Steps:

  • Butter one side of each slice of bread. Spread mustard over the unbuttered side of two slices; layer each with one slice of cheese, ham, tomato, remaining cheese and remaining bread, buttered side up. , In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs, milk and onion powder. Place potato chips in another bowl. 4 sesame or poppy seed rolls
1 tomato
4 slices cooked ham
1 tablespoon finely chopped shallots
1 bunch parsley
Few leaves of lettuce
Butter

Steps:

  • Slice the rolls in half and spread butter on both sides.
  • Garnish one half with a few leaves of lettuce and a slice of tomato.
  • Top the tomato with the slices of ham.
  • Cut the Maille® cornichons in 4, and dice them, then place them on top of the slices of ham.
