8 ounces fresh or canned ham
1 frozen deep dish pie shell
8 ounces Kraft Swiss Cheese, cubed (more or less to taste preference)
2 eggs
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 cup milk
Garlic powder to taste
1 tsp white pepper
2 Tbsp chives

Steps:

  • Slice ham into small chunks and place in bottom of pie shell. Add cubed cheese on top of ham.
  • In separate bowl mix eggs, flour, milk, garlic powder, white pepper and chives. When well mixed, pour over ham and cheese in pie shell.
  • Place in a preheated oven of 350 degrees F and bake for 1 hour.

I got this off of Recipe Goldmine. This is so good and easy! It makes a great brunch dish and is a good way to use up leftover ham! We love this one!

1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups cubed cooked ham
3 slightly beaten eggs
4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup)
2/3 cup finely crushed cracker (about 15 and prefer Ritz)
1 1/2 cups milk
fresh ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Cook onion in butter till tender.
  • Combine with remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Lightly spray a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish with non stick spray and pour ingredients in.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or till a knife inserted just off center comes out clean.

This is a wonderful dish and so easy. You can also use chicken breast. I also like to bake these in small indivisual baking dishes but you could put this in a casserole dish as well. Also a very elegant dish in presentation. I hope your family enjoys it as much as mine did.

9 skinless chicken tenders
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 eggs (whipped)
1 cup breadcrumbs
4 slices deli ham
1 cup shredded cheese (colby & jack is great)
1/2 cup cooking oil

Steps:

  • Flatten chicken tender with a meat mallet.
  • Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder.
  • Dip chicken in egg then into bread crumbs.
  • Fry chicken in oil until golden brown.
  • Grease indivisual baking dishes with pam.
  • Place 3 chicken tenders in each indivisual baking dish.
  • Top with ham. (I like to fry mine in a little butter, just to give a little crispiness).
  • Top ham with cheese.
  • Place in oven and broil until lightly golden.

3 boxes Kraft Velveeta Shells and Cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup butter
1 pt sour cream
2 cups diced ham

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Make macaroni according to box directions. Saute onion and green pepper in butter until soft.
  • Add onion, pepper, sour cream and diced ham to prepared macaroni. Turn into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Bake approximately 40 minutes or until golden brown.
