HAM AND CHEESE QUICHE DELIGHT
Steps:
- Slice ham into small chunks and place in bottom of pie shell. Add cubed cheese on top of ham.
- In separate bowl mix eggs, flour, milk, garlic powder, white pepper and chives. When well mixed, pour over ham and cheese in pie shell.
- Place in a preheated oven of 350 degrees F and bake for 1 hour.

I got this off of Recipe Goldmine. This is so good and easy! It makes a great brunch dish and is a good way to use up leftover ham! We love this one!

Steps:
- Cook onion in butter till tender.
- Combine with remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Lightly spray a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish with non stick spray and pour ingredients in.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or till a knife inserted just off center comes out clean.

CHICKEN, HAM AND CHEESE DELIGHT
This is a wonderful dish and so easy. You can also use chicken breast. I also like to bake these in small indivisual baking dishes but you could put this in a casserole dish as well. Also a very elegant dish in presentation. I hope your family enjoys it as much as mine did.

Steps:
- Flatten chicken tender with a meat mallet.
- Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder.
- Dip chicken in egg then into bread crumbs.
- Fry chicken in oil until golden brown.
- Grease indivisual baking dishes with pam.
- Place 3 chicken tenders in each indivisual baking dish.
- Top with ham. (I like to fry mine in a little butter, just to give a little crispiness).
- Top ham with cheese.
- Place in oven and broil until lightly golden.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Make macaroni according to box directions. Saute onion and green pepper in butter until soft.
- Add onion, pepper, sour cream and diced ham to prepared macaroni. Turn into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Bake approximately 40 minutes or until golden brown.
