2 apples
1 teaspoon cinnamon, to taste
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 egg white
6 ounces non-fat vanilla yogurt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Cut the top and bottom off of apples and core - pour lemon juice over apples.
  • In a bowl mix oatmeal, egg white, cinnamon and honey.
  • Place the stuffed apples on a baking sheet and cover with foil.
  • Bake for about 40 mins until tender.
  • Remove from the oven and top with vanilla yogurt.

4 McIntosh apples
4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
4 teaspoons butter

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Remove cores and seeds of apples, leaving the bottoms intact. Place into an 8x8-inch casserole or baking dish. Place 1 teaspoon butter and 1 teaspoon cinnamon into each cored apple.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until apples are softened, 20 to 25 minutes, watching to make sure they don't pop.

1 medium apple (i prefer gala apples)
1 pkg stevia
1-2 Tbsp cinnamon, ground

Steps:

  • 1. Cut apple into 8 or 12 slices (like quarters).
  • 2. Place apple slices in a sandwich bag.
  • 3. Sprinkle 1 packet of Stevia (or Truvia, based on preference) into bag over apple slices.
  • 4. Coat slices with ground cinnamon (not cinnamon sugar).
  • 5. Shake bag contents until slices are coated.
  • 6. Remove and place slices on microwave safe dish and put in the microwave for 2-3 mins.
