1/4 cup tightly packed baby spinach leaves
2 slices red onion

Steps:

  • Spread bread with mustard; fill with remaining ingredients.
  • Cook in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 3 min. on each side or until 2% Milk Singles is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides.

2 slice your favorte bread
1/2 c butter or margarine
2-4 slice american or your choice cheese
1/2 lb thinly sliced deli turkey

Steps:

  • 1. Liberally spread butter/margarine on one side of each slice of bread. Place bread slices buttered side down in a cold skillet or on cold griddle
  • 2. place 1-2 slices cheese on top of each slice of bread. Place half of turkey in center of cheese xlices on top of bread slices.gradually increase heat under skillet/griddle. When cheese starts to melt carefully invert one slice of bread w/cheese & turkey and place on top of other slice of bread so that the cheese/turkey sides are together.Continue grilling sandwich; turning often untilgolden brown. 2 slice thick sliced sourdough bread or any bread of your choice
3-4 slice generous slices of cooked turkey breast
2 slice mahon cheese (our grocery store didn't have this type, so i used a white sharp cheddar
2 Tbsp earth & vine provisions fig orange jam
1 small amount of argula leaves
3-4 slice onion
1 - 2 tsp olive oil

Steps:

  • 1. Heat skillet with a little olive oil and grill onion slices until browned and tender.
  • 2. Layer one side of bread with sliced cheese, layer with turkey, arugula, and grilled onions.
  • 3. Spread other side of bread with Fig Orange Jam. Brush outside of bread slices with olive oil and grill in a pre-heated skillet until golden brown and crusty starting with chees side down.
