- 2. FILL bread slices with tuna mixture and sliced cheese.
- 3. COOK in nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
- 4. Substitute Substitute celery or red onions for the green onions. 10 points per sandwich
GRILLED TUNA MELT
There is nothing like combining two comfort food favorites, grilled cheese and tuna melts..Mmmm Mmmm Good. A little high on the calories but Ohh so worth it. I made this with Franz's San Juan Bread and swiss cheese this time but next time I think I'll add some guyere shavings as well as a few dill pickles on it too....

Steps:
- 1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- 2. Put enough tuna salad to cover slice of bread on two slices of bread opposite side from the butter.
- 3. Cover with 2 slices of your favorite cheese cover with second slice of bread butter side up.
- 4. Place on hot griddle buttered side down, flip when browned. Remove off griddle when cheese is melted and bread is well browned.
