GRILLED HAM AND CHEESE
The ultimate Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwiches served with a simple homemade Honey Mustard Sauce.

Steps:
- Make the honey mustard sauce by combining all ingredients in a bowl and stirring until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use (can be made in advance).
- Optional: Spread a thin layer of honey mustard sauce on the insides of the bread slices.
- Layer sandwiches with 3 slices of cheese (or more!) and a slice of ham.
- Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Butter the outsides of the sandwich bread.
- Add the sandwich to the hot skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until golden. Flip to the other side and cook for a few more minutes until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown. Serve warm, with honey mustard sauce for dipping.

- To assemble the sandwiches, butter both sides of each bread slice. Lay ham and cheese on one slice and cover with the another slice. Trim the crusts off the sides.
- Heat a saute pan over medium-low heat, then fry the sandwiches until the cheese starts to melt and the sandwiches are golden brown, about 3 minutes on each side. You may need to add more butter to the pan.
- Remove the sandwiches to paper towels to drain, let them cool for 1 minute, then cut into quarters diagonally and serve 3 quarters each per serving.

Steps:
- Spread chutney onto two slices of bread. Place three slices of ham on top of each piece of bread followed by two slices of Cheddar cheese. Place the remaining slices of bread on top of the cheese, then butter the outsides of the sandwiches on both sides.
- Cook in a large skillet over medium heat until golden brown, then flip over, and continue cooking until cheese is melted and sandwiches are golden brown on the other side, 2 to 3 minutes per side.

I learned to make this in culinary class when I was in high school, and it is my favorite way to make a grilled cheese! I don't have the exact measurements, but its one of those recipes where you can easily adjust the measurements to your liking without ruining the recipe. I hope you enjoy!

- In a small bowl, mix the shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and onion together.
- Then spread it over a slice of bread, put the other slice of bread on top (buttered sides facing out), and grill it to your liking, or when the cheese melts. Enjoy!
