Steps:
- 1 - Combine all seasoning ingredients; press into both sides of the beef steaks. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat until hot. Add steaks; cook 12 to 15 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning once. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Let rest for 5 minutes. 2 - To serve, carve steaks into thin strips; arrange equal amounts on top of each pita. Sprinkle with cheese and olives. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
