GREAT CHICKEN MARINADE
I got this from a friend of mine when she made it at one of her picnics. It's so easy and delicious! I recently made it at our cook-out and everyone asked me how I made it.

Steps:
- Place the chicken breasts between sheets of waxed paper and pound until thin. Remove breasts and place into a large resealable plastic bag.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the oil, lemon juice, and Italian-style seasoning. Pour mixture into the plastic bag containing the chicken.
- Seal the plastic bag and shake gently to ensure that all the chicken is in contact with the marinade. Refrigerate marinated chicken pieces overnight or up to two days.
- When ready to cook, preheat grill and lightly oil grate. Place chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes per side.

GREAT CHICKEN MARINADE
This marinade also works great with pork! You can also add in 1-1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt if desired, the longer you marinade the more flavor your meat will have, if you are not a garlic-lover then omit garlic.

- Whisk/mix all ingredients together in a glass bowl until well blended.
- Pour marinade over chicken to cover.

GREAT MARINADE FOR GRILLING CHICKEN ETC.
I found this recipe on AllRecipes/Jillpooch. It looked so good and got great reviews.I Thought I would share it with you. It's that time of year. I have saved the recipe and plan to use it on oven baked chicken, Preheat oven to 375 degrees and cook for 40 minutes. I think adding brown sugar with 1-2 cups of marinate and add to marinated chicken before placing in oven. This addition would taste great for those of us who like a sweeter taste. That's my plan, suit your taste. Happy Grilling Time. If grilling add the additional brown sugar sauce last 20 minutes of cooking time.

- In medium bowl mix together oil, sauces, wine vinegar, and lemon juice, stir in mustard powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Use to marinate chicken before cooking. The longer you miranate, the more flavor you will have. For a sweeter taste, add 2/3 cup of brown sugar or honey to 1-2 cups of marinate and baste chicken last 15-20 minutes of cooking. If any sauce is left over, store in refrigerator to use later.
GREAT STEAK (AND CHICKEN) MARINADE
Steps:
- Measure all ingredients into whatever pan or plastic bag you are using to marinate your steaks. Tilt the pan or bag several times until ingredients are mixed well. Add steaks, and marinate in refrigerator for several hours before grilling. Grill meat according to your own preference. Deel-ish!

Yield 4-5 for 4 to 5 pounds of chicken

Steps:
- Gently pulse all ingredients in your blender just a few times until combined.
- Use 1/3 to 1/2 cup of marinade for every pound of chicken.
- Place chicken and marinade inside a ziplock bag.
- Seal the ziplock bag trapping air inside and gently massage the contents to coat chicken.
- Let chicken marinade in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
- Re-seal the bag tightly! Removing all the excess air.
- Freeze the chicken with the marinade.
- Cook within 3 weeks to prevent freezer burn.
- Cooking day: Thaw Chicken. This take about 16 hours and cook. I like to cook mine in a cast-iron skillet with 2 tablespoons olive oil for 12 minute.
- Serve the chicken accompanied by a small bowl of peanut sauce on the side. (lol I know I skipped the skewers. I just do not like to spend the time to skewer the meat. ).
