GRAPEFRUIT BASIL-TINI
Tart, citrusy grapefruit and sweet, fragrant basil come together for a fresh and fabulous martini you will love!

Steps:
- Lightly rub one of the basil leaves around the rim of a martini glass.
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes and add vodka, grapefruit juice, lime juice, agave, and both basil leaves.
- Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds, strain into prepared martini glass and garnish with a small spring of basil.
GRAPEFRUITINI
Steps:
- Combine the sugar and grapefruit zest in a small, shallow bowl. Wet the rim of a martini glass with one of the grapefruit wedges, then dip the rim into the sugar mixture to coat. Garnish the rim with the remaining grapefruit wedge.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the grapefruit juice, vodka and pomegranate juice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into the martini glass. Serve immediately.

- Pour sugar onto a small plate. Wet the rim of a martini glass with cold water; dip rim in the sugar to coat.
- Fill cocktail shaker with ice; pour in grapefruit juice, vodka, and triple sec. Cover shaker with lid and shake. Strain and pour mixture into prepared martini glass.

Steps:
- Make simple syrup: In a small saucepan, mix the sugar with 1 cup water. Simmer over low heat until sugar dissolves. Set aside to cool, about 5 minutes.
- In a large shaker, combine the grapefruit juice, vodka and 1 tablespoon simple syrup. (Remaining syrup can be refrigerated for up to 1 week.) Add ice cubes and shake well. Strain into martini glass, and float (do not mix) prosecco in glass.
