SPARKLING GRAPE COCKTAIL

Steps:
- Place lemon and mint in the bottom of a cocktail shaker; add sugar and muddle to combine. Add grape juice and vodka. Fill shaker with ice; cover and shake to combine. Fill a rocks glass with ice. Strain into prepared rocks glass and top with club soda; garnish with concord grapes and serve immediately.
CITRUS-GRAPE SMASH COCKTAIL
Steps:
- Add lemon juice, agave, grapes and mint springs to a cocktail shaker. Muddle everything together with a muddler or the base of a wooden spoon until the grapes have released their liquid and the mint is fragrant, about 10 seconds. Add in the vodka and fill the shaker with ice. Place the top on and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Fill an 8- to 12-ounce glass with ice and strain the cocktail into the glass. Garnish with mint, if using, and serve.
CRAN-GRAPE COCKTAIL
I LOVE this drink. You can serve it over ice (how I like it) or as a martini (if you serve it as a martini, cut your ingredients in half). I was told by the bartender the other day that this is a "Grape and Cranberry".. .so now you know how to order it out!

- If serving as a martini, cut ingredients in half and shake together with ice and strain into martini glass.

GRAPE SPARKLER COCKTAIL
Steps:
- Freeze half of the grapes. Puree the other half in a blender until smooth. Strain into a pitcher and stir in the simple syrup. Chill for at least 1 hour.
- Divide the frozen grapes among 4 tall glasses. Stir the vodka into the pureed grape mixture and pour into the glasses, filling about three-quarters of the way. Top off with club soda. Serve.
