NANA'S LEMON SUPREME CAKE
This recipe was given to me by my grandmother(Nana). She won several blue ribbons at the county fairs with it.

Steps:
- Cream Sugar and Oil together and add eggs one at a time.
- Add cake mix and nectar alternately.
- Mix well.
- Bake in tube pan for 1 hour @ 325 degrees.
- Let cool in pan 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile mix the lemon juice and sugar together and cook on the stove until sugar is dissolved.
- Remove cake from pan and spread glaze on top and sides.
GRANDMA DUNN'S LEMON SUPREME BUNDT CAKE
My grandmother used to make this all the time. It is one of my favorites. I brought it to a pot luck once and one of the guest wanted to use it for a layer of their wedding cake. It worked.

Steps:
- Mix together cake mix, sugar, oil and nectar.
- Add 1 egg at a time and stir until blended.
- Add lemon juice and lemon zest and mix well.
- Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
- Bake 325 oven for 1 hour. Invert onto plate.
- Make glaze and pour over warm cake.
- For glaze: Mix powdered sugar, lemon juice and zest.

- Preheat oven to 325. Spray bottom of 10-inch tube pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter; gradually beat in the sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the remaining cake ingredients. Blend at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed, scraping the bowl occasionally. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until the top springs back when lightly touched. While the cake is still hot, prick the top of the cake and pour the butter sauce on top.
- To prepare the Butter Sauce: combine the 1 cup sugar, hot water, and ½ cup butter. Heat in a saucepan or in the microwave until the butter is melted---do not boil. Remove from heat, add rum flavoring, and pour over warm cake.

- Blend all ingredients in a large mixer bowl, then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan at 350 degrees for about 45-55 minutes, until center springs back when touched.
- Cool right side up for 25 minutes, then remove from pan.
- Whisk glaze ingredients together and drizzle glaze over cool cake.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine cake mix and orange jello in a large mixing bowl. Add 4 eggs, 1/2 Celsius oil, 1 Celsius orange soda, orange extract, and orange zest blend with an electric mixer until batter is well blended.
- Pour into a bundt pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 30-35 minutes in preheated oven or until cake is fully set. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
