I got these through one of those Internet recipe chain letter thingies, and you know what? These are really good!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, corn flakes, sugars, raisins and coconut.
- Add eggs, vanilla and melted butter.
- Mix till well blended.
- Mix in chocolate chips.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour salt, baking powder and baking soda.
- Add flour mixture and stir until it is all incorporated into the dough.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until nicely browned.
- Cool on a wire rack.

- In mixing bowl, beat the butter with cream cheese until well blended.
- Beat in the sugar and vanilla, then stir in the flour until well mixed.
- Using a 1/2-tablespoon measure, shape the mixture into small balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
- Make a small indentation in the top of each cookie with your thumb.
- Carefully place a strawberry half, cut side down, in each indentation.
- Bake for 12 to 18 minutes, or until very lightly browned.

- 1. Heat oven to 350. Place parchment paper on 4 baking sheets and set aside.
- 2. In small bowl, blend flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt with a whisk; set aside.
- 3. In large bowl, beat shortening and both sugards on medium-high speed about 3 minutes or until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla.
