3 tablespoons vodka
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons pomegranate juice
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon blue gelatin
3 tablespoons lemon-lime soda
pineapple slices cut into M's

Steps:

  • Mix vodka, water, pomegranate juice, lime juice, and gelatin in shaker over ice.
  • Strain drink into martini glass and mix with lemon-lime soda.
  • Place M pineapple on top of each drink.

GOBBLE GOBBLE PUNCH

One 750-milliliter bottle bourbon, such as Four Roses
Half of a 750-milliliter bottle allspice dram, such as St. Elizabeth's
4 cups fresh orange juice
2 cups fresh lime juice
1/4 cup agave nectar
2 navel oranges, sliced
1 whole nutmeg, for grating

Steps:

  • Put ice into a punch bowl, add the bourbon, allspice dram, orange juice, lime juice and agave and stir thoroughly. Garnish with orange slices and freshly ground nutmeg. Ladle into punch cups with matching saucers.

1/2 cup dark creme de cocoa, chilled
1/4 cup chocolate liqueur, chilled, such as Godiva
1/4 cup whipped cream vodka, chilled, such as Smirnoff
Splash chocolate milk
2 chocolate truffles, for garnish

Steps:

  • Combine the creme de cocoa, liqueur, vodka and chocolate milk in a pitcher. Pour into glasses. Score the bottom of each truffle about 1/4-inch deep with a hot knife. Place a truffle on the side of each glass to garnish and serve.

1 cup plum wine
Frozen raspberries, for garnish

Steps:

  • Fill a pitcher with shaved ice. Add the vodka and plum wine and stir well. Strain into martini glasses. Garnish with a handful of frozen raspberries in each glass. Serve immediately.

Ice, as needed
2 raspberries

Steps:

  • Pour the vodka, sake, and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously!
  • Garnish the rim of a martini glass with 1 raspberry and drop a mint leaf into the glass.

1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Coarse salt and ground pepper
16 small crackers
1/4 cup shredded cheddar

Steps:

  • Stir together tuna, drained, mayonnaise, and fresh lemon juice. Season with coarse salt and ground pepper.
  • Heat broiler of toaster oven (or oven). On a foil-lined baking sheet, arrange crackers. Top with tuna mixture and shredded cheddar. Broil until cheese has melted, 2 to 3 minutes.
