When I was 9 years old, I got my own first magazine subscription to American Girl magazine. The very first issue I got was the July/August 1997 edition and it has 6 drink recipes in it. I think I read the issue about a million times and I begged my mom to let me make this recipe. It was delicious!

- Pour milk, ice cream and peanut butter cup into blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour in a glass then top with whipped cream, peanuts and the other peanut butter cup, cut into 6 parts, and enjoy.

This has become a St. Patrick's Day tradition in our house. The kids love it, and so do I.

- Blend ice cream, milk, mint extract, and food coloring together in a blender until smooth.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup around inside walls of 2 tall glasses; pour shake into glass. Top with whipped cream and green decorator sugar.
