4 to 6 garlic cloves, peeled
1 package (4 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Place the potatoes and garlic in a large saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until tender. , Drain and transfer to a large bowl; mash. Add the cheese, cream, salt and pepper; beat until fluffy.

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed and softened
1/2 cup butter, cubed
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons minced fresh chives
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
