2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of lipton recipe secrets savory garlic and herb seasoning
3 tablespoons of grated romano cheese
3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese (Lite can be substituted)

Steps:

  • Let cream cheese come to room temperature.
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a hand mixer.
  • For a stronger flavor you can add 1 more tbsp of the seasoning.
  • Use immediately or refrigerate, for a softer spread let it sit out about a half an hour before serving.
  • Serve with crackers or veggies.
  • For a presentation effect, refrigerate for an hour and then form in a ball and roll in parsley or chopped nuts and serve.

Garlic Herb Cream Cheese Spread image

This is great just to use on bagels or as a dip, but my favorite use if for my delicious herb-garlic veggie sandwich! Check it out in my recipe box!

Number Of Ingredients 7

8 ounce(s) container of plain cream cheese
3 teaspoon(s) minced garlic (3 cloves if you are going fresh)
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
3/4 teaspoon(s) Italian Seasoning
2 tablespoon(s) milk
1/4 teaspoon(s) onion powder

Steps:

  • Remove lid from cream cheese and soften in microwave, about 20-30 seconds. Save the container.
  • Put in medium mixing bowl and whisk in milk until creamy.
  • Stir in the rest of the ingredients until well mixed, making sure to scrape any stray ingredients from side of bowl.
  • Put mixture back in the container (if you bought a stick of cream cheese just use a tupperware container with lid). Close and refrigerate at least an hour to let harden and to let flavors soak in.
